Welcome! The steps to login are the same; nothing has changed to access the LearnerWeb system.
LoginID:
Plant Operations employees: use your “Plant Operations employee number (XXXX)” assigned to you.
F&O affiliates and FUN group members: use the login (XXXX) originally provided to you by Plant Academy.
If you do not have login access to LearnerWeb and you are an F&O affiliate or a FUN group member, contact Plant Academy for access at 7-0831.
Password
Use the same LearnerWeb password you created on the former system. New Plant Operations employees, see your supervisor for password.
Forgot Password?
Look just below the Login button to the left. You will see: Forgot your password? Click here.
After clicking the blue ‘here’ link, you will be prompted to enter your U-M email address. Your password will be quickly emailed to you or additional instructions to retrieve your forgotten password will be given to you.

Contact Plant’s FMS Help Desk via Outlook (PO-DI-FMSHelp) or call 7-4357.
Learning Track information is available to all Plant Users who have Manager access on their LearnerWeb dashboard
* How do you look up a learning track for yourself or an employee?
* Click on the People tab located in the Manager Menu
* Enter the name of the employee
* In the action column, click the green circle "i"
* See the tab for Learning Tracks. Click there.
* View the tracks assigned and the status on whether a class has been taken or not
* Important! Our LearnerWeb vendor is currently working on making the tracks more readable and organized. But the information is available to you even though the pages may be a little hard to read. Look for improvements soon. Thank you
